Some wood aging has given this wine its richness as well as bringing out yellow fruits and a smooth texture. The wine, of course, is young, needing time to show off its citrus and apricot flavors. Drink from late 2020. (c) Roger Voss Wine Enthusiast

A short stay (just eight months) in wood has produced a fine, rich and ripe wine
Produced from grapes that were harvested manually in the early hours of the day, and then immediately went to the winery where they were carefully selected. Result of a soft pressing, with short maceration of the skin, followed by static pouring of the must. The fermentation took place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and in new French oak barrels, on lees. The wine matured in stainless steel barrels and in new French oak barrels of 400L (20%) for 10 months
