The world-renowned and most sold brand, Lancers by José Maria da Fonseca now in a new design while maintaining the original iconic form but with a more modern approach.
Lancers was launched in 1944, after Henry Behar visited Europe with the aim of finding a rosé wine that could be particularly attractive to the American public. His search ended in Portugal, more specifically in the Palmela region, in the famous cellars of José Maria da Fonseca. The "Lancers" brand was created as a tribute to one of Mr. Behar's: "Las Lanzas" by Velázquez.
An unpretentious white wine for uplifting your summer! A pleasant aroma of apple and lime blossom. Sparkling, a good acidity, a little mineral and fruity aftertaste.
