Two thousand and eleven is the starting year of Maçanita Vinhos, two brothers, two winemakers from the Douro region. Joana Maçanita and António Maçanita were like strangers in this vast region full of tradition, customs and techniques. The Maçanita brothers arrived in the Douro with a white sheet, eager to explore and reveal the diversity of the Douro. During all these years, Maçanita Vinhos has made known through its wines the diversity of the terroir of the Douro region in its purest and most faithful form.
Maçanita Vinhos has no style, it has no style of its own, it respects and is a faithful messenger of the Douro terroirs, a vision of the Douro à Maçanita.
