Careful selection of the best grapes via manual harvest. Decant for 18 hours at 10ºC to clarify the wine and enhance the aromatic expression of the grape variety. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 15/16ºC for 6 to 10 days. End fermentation at 20ºC. Daily battonage.
