Grapes: Moscatel Galego
Made from a selection of “Moscatel do Douro” wines made according to traditional methods. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature and is stopped by the addition of wine alcohol. The entire process is done under the watchful eye of their team of oenologists. The wines are aged in oak barrels for a period between 3-4 years
