Grapes: Tinta Roriz (50%), Touriga Franca (25%), Tinta Francisca (25%)
The grapes are pressed according to the method carried out in the French wine region of Provence, using the whole grape - the famous blanc de noirs technique. Structured by low temperature fermentation (11-12ºC) in stainless steel vats for almost 3 weeks for 75% of the batch, 25% of the batch is aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels, aged for 4 months

Serve at 11°C. Can be drunk up to 5 years after harvest
