Food pairing
This is a good complement to intense and spicy food, such as red meat, roasted dishes or game dishes.
Grapes: 80% Alicante Bouschet, 20% Touriga Nacional
The harvest was manual, followed by a selection of bunches and grapes at the winery. The grape was de-stemmed and fermented in 5,000 litre French oak vats with temperature control. The batch aged 24 months in new French oak barrels and then in the bottle.
