This 2016 red reserva is a ruby red wine with a very attractive and fruity aroma of ripe black fruit (blackberries, blueberries), ripe plum and dark chocolate. Full of flavor, well-structured, polished tannins and a persistently elegant aftertaste.

The original personality of this red Alentejo can be used widely gourmet. The perfect wine at BBQ, hearty and well-seasoned gourmet dishes based on red meat, whether or not in the oven and delicious with game dishes

Grapes: 40% Aragonez, 30% Trincadeira, 30% Alfrocheiro

manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, followed by a manual selection of the grapes in the wine cellar. The grapes were gently pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank at 25 °C. Part of the wine has matured for 9 months in French oak barrels, followed by a bottling of 6 months
