2009 was a dry year with generally mild temperatures. The Summer was extremely hot and dry, mainly in the month of August, which led to a rapid development of the ripening.

Ruby red in color. Aroma of excellent intensity and complexity with notes of red fruit, black fruit, resin, cedar, tobacco box, light floral, pepper, clove and with a high quality wood. Explosive with very good tannins of high quality, well integrated acidity. On the palate red ripe fruit, black fruit, pepper, a little cocoa and a long, great aftertaste. Belongs to the best wines in the world.
