A perfectly delicious red wine, ruby red in color. A huge wealth of flavors of ripe fruit. Soft tannins. Fresh, elegant and beautifully balanced. The wine has a good texture and richly long aftertaste
Monte Velho is one of the most famous brands in Portugal, a fixed value, and that because the Esporão is your guarantee for quality. Launched for the first time in 1992, its name comes from the monte located next to the Caridade reservoir, at Herdade do Esporão. At the time, the wine boasted the same origin and philosophy as Esporão Reserva but was created to reach more people and make daily wine consumption an experience.
