Grapes: 55% Syrah, 25% Alicante Bouchet, 20% Touriga Nacional
After complete destemming and gentle crushing, it was macerated and fermented, reassembled in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for about 12 days. Ages on used French oak barrels for about 12 months
