A refined traditional red wine. The grapes are destemmed manually, crushed with the feet in a small wine press, just like in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. The resulting grape juice is then poured into clay pots where it can ferment for a while, before being poured directly into French oak barrels, which gives this wine a dark ruby red color. A delicious red wine with an intense expression and aromas of dried figs, green tea and mint. In the mouth an impressive concentration of black fruit, complex, balanced, soft tannins and a very long finish.
