This red wine is ruby red in color. On the nose it is fresh, fruity and well structured. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed blackberries and small notes of blueberry, associated with light notes of flowers, black olives, licorice, cocoa, as well as a discreet note of caramelized cardamom. In the mouth it is fruity, juicy and offers good acidity, sweet tooth, slightly soft and precise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of black cherries, juicy blackberries and light notes of ground cassis, associated with notes
of red fruits, blueberries, as well as very discreet notes of flowers, toasted oak, tobacco and sweet spices. The tannins are structured and slightly firm.
Food pairing
Easy drinking enough on its own, delicious with cured meats and sharp cheeses, grilled beef, or lamb meatballs.
Grapes: 45% Touriga Franca, 20% Touriga Nacional, 20% Tinta Roriz, 15% Tinta Barroca
Careful selection of the best grapes, with manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with programmed maceration and pumping over at an average temperature of 25ºC for 6 to 8 days.
