Dom Lourenço de Almeida, founder of Quinta da Lapa, chose the inscription of his noble house, this beautiful and eternal poem of faith, written by Saint Theresia of Ávila (original Spanish name Teresa Sánchez de Cepeda y Ahumada), was born in 1515 in the province of Ávila, she was an extraordinary and remarkable woman because of her intelligence and personality:

"Nothing bothers you, nothing scares you,

everything passes, God does not change.

Patience achieves everything.

Whoever God has does not need anything.

God alone is enough. "

Food pairing

Pairs very well with poultry, juicy red meat and hard cheeses such as Old Bruges or Queijo d'Évora

Grapes: 20% Touriga Nacional, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 20% Alicante Bouschet

Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aged 24 months in French and American oak halfbarrels.

Serve at 16-18°C. Can be stored for up to 8 years
