A refined red wine with notes of ripe wild fruit and many spices. The tannins are well present, but without ever neglecting the balance of the wine. Concentrated and rich, with a powerful side and yet with unpolished edges, this is a robust wine on the palate, with a very large presence of fruit. The finish is fresh and long.

The ideal wine with grilled meat dishes
Grapes: 60% Baga, 40% Touriga Nacional
These grapes are fermented for 5 to 8 days in open lagares without desteming (the berries are not removed from the bunch), 'remontage' several times a day, until the wines have reached the right intensity. The wine then completes fermentation in old wooden barrels and then matured in the same barrels for about 18 months. Is bottled without stabilization or filtering. All these processes are performed manually.
