The taste shows good tannins and a little acid. The Grape Escape is a very structured wine, but also fresh, where the fruit surprises and caresses the mouth

Pôpa Fiction are 3 collector wines, called Hot Lips, In The Flesh and The Grape Escape.
It is a project of Stéphane and Vanessa Ferreira, which brings art and wine together, Pôpa Art Projects, is inaugurated with the trilogy Pôpa Fiction, reminiscent of cordel literature (literally thread literature)

They are the 3 main characters in this story, all three red and each in a different style. A limited edition of 2,550 bottles of three DOC Douro wines from the 2012 harvest presented in bottles of 1 liter (!). The labels and other merchandising were created by the illustrator Mário Belém.

Hot Lips is the cute, handsome girl with whom every mother wants her son to be married. It is round, greedy, with ripe black fruit, fine tannins and an excellent acidity
In the Flesh is the femme-fatale of this story. The forbidden love, the temptation and the desire that merge together. With a vegetable aroma that immediately transports us to the region, it is a more mature wine, with more structure and freshness.
The Grape Escape is the bad guy, cunning and difficult, who by his rebellion and irreverence defines this first episode of Pôpa Art Projects best. Vegetable and leather tones, another young wine, with tannins and a very present acidity. Black fruit and maturing in barrel form a whole, and let the idea of a wine with a long life shelf
