Complex, presents distinct notes of macerated forest fruits, subtle red jam with toasted notes, chocolate and dark petals. The taste is ripe jammy fruit with a well balanced and structured mouthfeel.

Manually destemmed of the grape bunches before entering the cellars, elongated but soft skin, maceration and alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 26°C. Fermentation takes place in robotic “Lagars” made of stainless steel. Aged in new French oak barrels for 9 months.
