Quinta do Pôpa Vintage 2016 is the first portwine for this producer and 2,750 bottles have been produced. Made with grapes from the estate's oldest vineyards, this wine is a tribute to his father José Ferreira, the man who fulfilled Grandpa Pôpa's Douro dream. Stéphane explained, "This Vintage is very much our profile, less sweet and drier, as we like" - and continued, "We wanted to give something more classic, this vintage 2016, a younger and more modern touch." The packaging of this wine is really beautiful, modern lines, tin colored and a box where you can see a picture of José Ferreira with his saxophone, an instrument that he played in his band, Apocalyps Now
