Located at an altitude of 600 meters and a stone's throw from the Caia River, the property has a total area of 7.8 hectares, of which 4.5 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, 2 vegetable gardens and all types of native fruit trees, an 11- Room house with a small basement and all the comfort of the 21st century - a true paradise in Serra de São Mamede.
The domain has about 3,300 vines of over 100 years old as well as a few thousands, planted after 2010, but using the same root stick.
