This Quinta do Vallado White Port is an elegant port wine with a fine sweetness and acidity. Very fresh and intense, with floral notes and citrical aromas. Strong flavors of crystallized fruits (orange) with a long and delicate finish.
Food pairing
An excellent aperitif that should be served chilled. Delicious with soft cheeses, dried fruits, almonds, olives and salads
Grapes: Predominantly Moscatel Galego ( 80%)
After fermenting with no skin contact for 20 days, the wine ages for 3 years in in stainless steel vats.
