Golden yellow colour. It presents an aroma that is both fine and intense. Somewhat complex, it features a mixture of citrine aromas with a hint of honey and almond. Its attack is fresh and delicate. Some resinous hints can be detected along with a rich buttery taste on the palate. Dry in the mouth with a flavour of fresh fruit
Food pairing
Scallops with black garlic and butarga. Soft and Hard cheeses, Game birds & Seafood. During hot Portugal summers, the shippers enjoy it chilled over ice with a twist of lemon and/or splash of soda. Excellent as an apéritif or with sweeter desserts.

A most careful selection of wines are used for the blend and on average have been aged in our cellars in oak barrels for 3 years.
