A delicious lemon yellow, elegant white wine with floral notes, citrus and hints of tropical fruit such as pineapple. A wine where the acidity and the full, complex mouth form a harmonious whole, ending in a long persistent aftertaste.

Food-Pairing

Ideal with grilled fatty fish dishes such as salmon and seafood, oysters or lobster au gratin, roasted white meat dishes such as salad chicken with almonds. Also delicious with asparagus in butter sauce.

Grapes: 100% Alvarinho

The Alvarinho, called Albariño in Spain, is a white grape variety. The grape is most important in the Vinho Verde region, but good wines are also produced in Rias Baixas (Galicia). The grape has a thick skin and a reasonable yield. The alcohol content of the wines is quite high. The wines have fruity aromas where apple usually predominates. The grape likes slate or granite soil
