The year 2021 was challenging, not only because of the usual climatic uncertainties, but also because of the pandemic situation that limited teams and work. However, this year's harvest can be considered extraordinary, with grapes of exceptional acidity and balance and must that stood out for its freshness and aromatic elegance. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C.
