Grapes: Encruzado 100%

The vines are forty-five years old and give a low yield with concentrated grapes. They ferment in steel tanks, but the wine then ripens in small used casks of French oak.

Store & Serve

Serve at 10 -12 ºC. Can be drunk up to 8 years after harvest
