Grapes: 40% Viosinho, 35% Arinto, 15% Rabigato, 10% Gouveio
Grapes from vineyard plots, planted at an altitude of 600 m, of the Quinta do Sairrão. After careful deflagration, the grapes are subjected to a maceration with skins and then pressed. The resulting wort is subjected to static decantation. alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels, with controlled temperature.
The alcoholic fermentation is followed by maturation in stainless steel barrels (50%) and in new French oak barrels (50%), over a period of approximately 8 months.

Store & Serve
Serve between 10-12ºC. Drink now through to 2024. No need to decant before serving.
