A delicious white wine lemon-yellow in color. A complex and expressive aroma of citrus, stone fruit, spicy and minerality. Fresh in the mouth followed by a persistent and elegant aftertaste

Grapes: 100% Arinto 

100% manual harvest. The grapes go directly to the press, completely destemmed, without crushing, 48 hours of cold decantation; 100% stainless steel fermentation.

Aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels.

 

Vineyard 24 km from the Atlantic coast at an altitude of 15 meters, 30 years old. 3,800 plants per hectare. Trancão River Valley with N-S oriented slope. Microclimate influenced by the Tagus River with cold winters and temperate summers with cold nights. Limestone soils “Caeiras”.
