A very complex and mineral white wine with a good acidity. A floral balanced aroma. In the mouth exotic fruit such as pineapple. Good volume in the aftertaste. Food-Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, delicious with oily fish, cheeses, pork and veal and with the BBQ

Grapes: Encruzado 40%, Cerceal 21%, Malvasia Fina 18%, Bical 12% & Verdelho 9%

The grapes are fermented in a mixture of old oak and concrete, and then aged in concrete tank
