A delicious white wine with a crystalline yellow color, has a clear muscatel aroma complemented with floral notes and harmoniously complemented with notes of tropical fruit. On the palate it is a fresh and delicate wine, with a very lively aftertaste. A wine to drink young, but it is certainly interesting to keep some bottles in the cellar aside
Food pairing
As an aperitif. Delicious with Asian-inspired dishes with tempura and curry. Vegetarian dishes. Desserts based on tropical fruits or at the end of the meal
Grapes: 100% Moscatel Galego
The grapes are picked when they are almost ripe to ensure high acidity. Vinified in lagares, not destemmed, 90% aged in old barrels (pipas) and 10% in new French oak barrels.
