The wine company Adega do Salvador is a family project of the Mota family. They continue the legacy of one of the pioneers of the region, Antonio de Lago Cerqueira. He started in the cellars of Casa da Calçada in 1927 with the production of Vinho Verde. The family-run wine company is hypermodern and lies at the 40 hectares of vineyards in the sub-district of Amarante. This is one of 9 districts, all within the statutory Vinho Verde area. Amarante is slightly higher and has a slightly warmer climate. The soil is characterized in particular by the high granite content
Very fresh and attractive and gourmet white wine with a pale lemon yellow color and an expressive floral aroma. The characteristic light Vinho Verde sparkling causes the aromas to rise from the glass. Citrus fruit, granny smith apples and floral fragrances alternate. A taste that lasts. Really made very well !
