This stylish refined white wine is straw yellow in color. Has a complex aroma with notes of lime and grapefruit, honey and fennel. Has a good structure and balanced acidity. The taste is soft with vanilla and some smoked nuts in the long finish.

Grapes: 100% Cerceal

Fermentation in French oak barrels from 1st year (10%) and 2nd year (90%). Matures for 7 months in the same fermentation vats with batonnage
