Quinta Nova Pomares is a fresh and citric coloured white wine from the Douro Region. It's an intense, crystalline and fresh wine with an exciting complexity. The long finish resembles a bouquet of different aromas of meadow flowers, green apples and vineyard peach, somewhat playful with the intense taste of white pulp and lime.

Food Pairing
The perfect combination with white meat dishes, spaghetti Napoli, tapas dishes and vegetable soup
Grapes: Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato.
Grapes come from smaller wineries and various "microterroirs".
Aged for 4 months in stainless steel barrels in contact with fine lees
