/A delectable white wine with an elegant aroma, full of mineral notes, and hints of ripe fruit as well as slightly roasted nuts. Very good structure in the mouth, balanced and this by excellent lemony acidity and very long aftertaste.
Similar to a Chardonnay wine from Burgundy.
This wine comes from a single vineyard of about 1 ha with a privileged location opposite the central massif of Serra da Estrela. The vineyard sees snow during the harshest winter period, hence the name. The vine is planted in poor granite, with large rockeries. The entire vineyard is under an integrated production system, where quality and the environment are valued.
