A straw yellow with light green hues of white wine. An intense aroma with mainly mineral notes in combination with fruit and hints of wood, giving it a special complexity. Fresh, elegant and voluminous with a long complex aftertaste

Tasty with oily fish, cod in its various forms, casseroles, as well as various oriental dishes

Grapes: Viosinho, Arinto, Gouveio & Rabigato 

At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine ripens for 12 months in the same barrels, with regular bâtonnage
