A delightful and sublime gift
Quinta da Boavista is one of the most iconic wine farms in the region. It was part of the first demarcation of the Douro region as recorded by the Marks of Pombal, one of the most famous personalities in the history of the Douro and Port wines, in 1757. The wines of this quinta come from 40 ha of very old vines and are grown on biological principles, capable of producing intense, harmonious and very complex wines.

Grapes: planted in 1930 and has more than 25 different varieties
Vinification
Hand selected and picked. Fermentation occurred in new oak French barrels of 500 liters. After maceration the wines stages 15 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters.
