Andresen Colheita Port 1997
A port with an elegant aroma of dried fruits, old wood and with a hint of peach. Velvety on the palate, again with notes of dry fruits, pepper, mocha and orange peel. A balanced, round, powerful and very promising young Colheita.

Winemaking
A Colheita Port is a single harvest Tawny Port and has spent a minimum of 7 years in French oak barrels of approximately 550 liters.
Colheita Port represents less than 1% of the total annual production of port. Just like Vintage, a Colheita port is only released when the best conditions are met and after approval of the IDVP (Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e do Porto).
