Made mainly from grape varieties typical of the region. This wine is garnet red, showing good aromatic complexity with notes of ripe fruit and some spice. Full-bodied in the mouth with ripe tannins. It shows good complexity and ends with a long after taste

Soils of schist. Vinification: Manual harvested. Total destemming. Cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature at 26/27°C. Staging: 1 year in 300L French oak barrels of which 30% are new
