The Azor Reserve is a premium dry gin distilled in Portugal, subject to 11 individual distillations from 11 botanists: Juniper, Cardamom, Sri Lankan Cinnamon, Perpetual Rock and Prince Herb. A product of distinct characteristics due to its composition of 11 botanicals and a differentiating stage of its blend of 6 months in oak barril of the Serra do Gerês that results in its characteristic amber colour. There are strong persistent juniper notes due to the high concentration of juniper. This reserve, due to its staging time is a limited edition of only 1.715 units, all bottles being numbered. Amber colour. Aroma of juniper, cardamom and prince herb. Clear appearance. Dry and persistent taste in the mouth.
