Espumante 3B Brut is on the pillars of the three Bs: Baga, Bical grapes from the wine region Bairrada. The autochthonous grape varieties are pressed into a powerful dry and deliciously refreshing sparkling wine. You can really taste the Portuguese origin, which can be described as hard and wild, but also as fine and superficial. The Bairrada is a moving wine-growing region that now lands as a delightful Espumante in the champagne glass.
Wines of the stature of this 3B from Filipa Pato will have to fall under the world-wide category of “Other sparkling wines”. Genuine, refreshing, aromatic and elegant, it is made from the Baga variety (matured in barrels, endowing it with structure and acidity) and Bical grapes (aged in tank, imbuing creaminess).
It has aromas of fresh fruits, citrus fruits and light minerality. In the mouth, it is fresh and creamy.
