This impressive red alentejo comes from vineyards on slate clay bottoms. These vineyards almost naturally provide a low yield and therefore concentrated grapes. Hand harvested. Total Destemming. Maceration before fermentation during 48h. Te grapes ferment with in temperature-regulated ( (22ºC-28ºC)) open barrels, the so-called lagares.
