Brilliant, deep amber colour with light golden shades. Complex scented aroma of dried fruits, honey and toasted oak. Rich flavour, mellow and full-bodied with a pleasant finish.

Serve with coffee or as dessert wine at 16 ºC with dried fruit, chocolate mousse or dark chocolate, pralines & cream puffs

You find this grape on the south coast at Câmara de Lobos and Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, as well as in São Jorge and Santana on the north coast. Has spent 10 years in oak barrels according to "Canteiro" system

Store & Serve
As an aperitif, serve at 10° C as dessert wine serve it at 16 °C. Madeira should be cellared upright. It loves light, heat and air, but hates frost. Decanting not necessary.
