Álamos is a premium extra virgin olive oil produced in the Cartuxa Lagar at the Alamo da Horta estate. It shows the distinctive features of Galega and Cobrançosa olives, mixed with Arbequina olives. The characteristics of aroma and taste make them particularly suitable for all kinds of Mediterranean dishes.
It is full of freshness, with an average taste of green ripe olives, with nuts of apple and green tomatoes. Especially suitable for season-fresh fish, cod, shellfish, grilled or roasted meat. Delicious in sauces and mayonnaise and excellent for baking.
This olive oil is cold-pressed mechanically at low temperature (up to 27 ° C), which keeps the fresh fruit flavors.
This oil is not filtered and therefore offers the most pure olive oil.
