Deep honey colored 20 year old tawny port wine with an intense aroma of figs and dried fruits. Velvety in the mouth, full body, good freshness and a delicious long, very harmonious finish. Very well made!

grapes come from the upper Douro, a vineyard of 200 hectares of which one third is planted with traditional grapes of the region, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz are the dominant castes, followed by Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca and Tinto Cão, classified with the letter A, the highest category in the Douro. The vineyard was constructed in 1845 and was planted for the first time by Baron van Seixo
