This port has a golden yellow color. A complex aroma of walnut, hazelnut and dried fruit. Also smell and taste your herbs and some curry. In the taste nice acids and a pleasantly sweet with again dried fruits and spiciness. Do not drink this port too cold.
Food-Pairing
An excellent appetizer that must be served in a slightly chilled condition.
Sublime with foie gras, game pasties but also sweet desserts, walnuts, crème brûlée and milk chocolate. Can also be combined with Roquefort and with a cigar as a digestive.
Grapes: Malvasia-Fina, Gouveio, Rabigato & Viosinho
