This red wine presents an initial floral aroma of violets with some mint, but also strawberry and blackberries in a very well integrated set with some spiciness such as pepper and cloves from the wooden barrel maturation. On the palate it has a very tasty and fresh attack characterized by notes of strawberry, full-bodied and soft tannins, in a long and persistent finish

Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca/Francesa, Tinta-Barroca, Tinto-Cão, Sousão
Total destemming of the grapes followed by gentle crushing. Brief pre-fermentative maceration followed by fermentation for 6-8 days at controlled temperature at 28 °C with relatively frequent pumping over. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is separated from the masses with which it fermented. All wine ages in French oak barrels for 9-12 months
