Grapes: 40% Touriga Nacional, 30% Alfrocheiro en 30% Tinta Roriz

The soil consists of granite, with a top layer of gravel and clay. The ripe grapes are immediately stalked and slightly crushed upon entering the vinification cellar. After fermentation, the wine ages 9 months in oak barrels
