Very rich aroma of ripe fruits like plum and blueberries and some floral notes, well integrated with notes of herbs from the French and American oak barrels. In the mouth, this wine shows a great complexity with notes of plums and blue berries. Savory spice details chime in on the finish. The aftertaste is rich and elegant

Excellent wine for hearty spiced meals with red grilled or roast meat, lamb and game dishes

Grapes: Syrah 30%, Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) 30%, Touriga National 30%, Alicante Bouchet 10%

The ripe grapes undergo a 24-hour cold maceration and fermentation in large, temperature-controlled vats. This is followed by another 15 days of peel soaking. Finally, the wine matures for 8 months in French and American oak barrels.
