This wine tastes excellent with fine red meat, roast beef and grilled meat.
Grapes: old vines
Manual harvest, destemming and slight crushing of the grapes. The grapes fermented in granite presses with foot treading. Subsequently, it ages in French oak barrels for 19 months. Rested 1 year in bottle before being released.
Store & Serve
Serve at 16°-18°C. Can be drunk till 10 years after harvest year
