Foz de Arouce Tinto is sourced from the schistous alluvial vineyard of Quinta de Foz de Arouce, which has been in the family of Count João Fillipe Osorio since the twelfth century. This is a serious, rich wine, full of powerful fruits. Tannins and structure, especially from the Baga in the blend are balanced by the wine's polished edge from wood aging. This fine wine, dense and worth aging further, will be ready from 2025.
