Quinta S. João Batista Grande Reserva Red is a DOC red wine with an intense garnet-red color and exuberant violet tones. Complex aroma with nuances of ripe red fruit, wild berries, spices and balsamic notes. Fruity, well structured, exceptional volume in the mouth and very powerful. A wine with enormous aging potential

   

Food pairing 

Delicious with hearty dishes from the Mediterranean cuisine, based on wild game, red meat dishes with mild aromatic herbs.

  

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Touriga Nacional (30%), Touriga Franca (25%) & Alicante Bouschet (15%)

Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels.

     

Store & Serve  

Serve at 16-18°C. Can be stored for up to 9 years
