A wine with a deep ruby red color. Dark cherry with a bit of ripe blackberry, tight herbal garrigue, thyme, light chili pepper spice, caramelized orange peel and a bit of mint. Wonderful wealth of fruit on the palate matched by excellent acidity, depth and length. Incredibly potent and a touch closed at the moment but already coming out in terms of profile.

Food pairing

Fantastic with Iberian smoked ham, roasts, game, smoked meat and other typical Mediterranean meat dishes. Excellent with hard cheeses.
